Q: What's the minimum order?
A: 12 units for most products. Smaller orders may be available for Etsy Originals.
Q: How long does an order take?
A: Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from design approval. Rush (7 business days) is available.
Q: Do I need to have a design ready?
A: Not at all. Our design team will work with you to create one. Just bring your ideas.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept ACH bank transfer, business check, PayPal, and major credit cards. For orders over $500, we can issue a formal invoice with net-15 payment terms. A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Zelle and Venmo are available for smaller personal orders.
Q: Do you ship, or is it local pickup only?
A: We offer both local pickup (Alpharetta, GA) and shipping nationwide.
